The use of this website and the information distributed in conjunction with this website is offered to you on your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

By using the website you agree to be legally bound by these terms.


All references to the “Company” refer to Totally ECO Displays or management company KGK Genix (Herts.) Ltd, or its subsidiaries and successors in title.

All references to the “Buyer” refer to the individual; firm; partnership or company

All references to “goods” or “services” refer to those goods or services that are

The singular shall include the plural and vice versa.


The male gender shall include the female gender and vice versa.


The term “person” shall include a corporate as well as an unincorporated person.


No contract for goods or services will exist between the Company and Buyer until the company has accepted the Buyer’s order whether written or verbal.


Orders are accepted only upon these Conditions of Sale, and no addition or variation or contradiction thereof (whether contained in the Buyer's order or otherwise) shall apply unless authorised in writing signed by a director and shall apply for that transaction only.

Use of information

The copyright and other intellectual property rights for all content on this website is owned by the Company. The information provided on the website such as text, images, and downloads, is provided for the use of customers of the Company only. Images and text should not be downloaded and re-published for use for marketing purposes.

Conditions of use

As a visitor to the Company website, you, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any reliance on or use of any information available on this website shall be entirely at your own risk. In no event will the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or the performance of this website or information downloaded from it.​​


All photographs, design, artwork and copy etc. provided by the Company remain the Company's copyright unless such copyright is specifically disposed of to the Buyer.


The costs advertised on the Company website include full colour printing of the product where applicable and are excluding VAT and delivery charges, which are added to the Buyer’s shopping cart before you checkout. The Company reserves the right to amend prices and remove any special offers or discounts at any time without notice.​​


A quotation or estimate does not constitute an offer by the Company and may be altered or withdrawn without notice. The right is reserved to increase prices to cover increases in materials, charges, or other incidental costs as at the date of despatch in the case of goods or completion in the case of services. Quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. ​​

Acceptance of an order

The legally binding contract is complete when the Company accepts an order. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason up to the point of delivery.


All product offered by the Company are made from consumable materials and are not subject to guarantees or warranties.

Payment terms

Payments are to be made to Totally ECO Displays, a trading name of KGK Genix. Invoices and business names on monies receivable accounts may be in the name of the management company, KGK Genix.


Payment can be made on the website via secure online payment system, by credit card, PayPal, or BACs. Full payment is required before your order can be processed.

Supply of artwork

Before submitting artwork, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to check that artwork is of the correct size, format and specification for the product ordered. All dimensions, templates and specifications are provided for each product on the Company website.


All artwork files should be supplied as print ready and uploaded via the link on the Company website.

The Company will check supplied artwork for suitability and will advise if there are any obvious issues with artwork provided. Spelling and grammar are not checked by the Company. There would be an additional cost for such proof reading or detailed file checking services. The Company cannot be held responsible for any errors to original artwork files; or any delays or costs incurred if we are provided with unsuitable artwork files.

Graphic design and branding service

The Company offers a graphic design and artworking service for Buyers who require some assistance with setting up their artwork. For an accurate quotation, the Buyer should contact the Company outlining requirements.

Production turnaround

Most items shown on the Company website are dispatched within 5 full working days.


For printed items the Company’s standard production lead-time is 5 business days and is taken from the next full working day the Company is in receipt of print ready artwork or approval of artwork.


The Company offers an 'express service' at an additional cost. If express delivery is required, the Buyer should inform the Company of this when placing the order.


Express shipping – next working day dispatch from receipt of artwork. Orders are dispatched for next working day delivery.


All orders will be placed on a 5 day business day turnaround. If express delivery is required, the Buyer should inform the Company of this when placing the order as additional costs may be applicable based on your requirement and location for delivery.


The 5 day business turnaround starts when we receive print ready artwork.


All orders are sent via courier and are traceable using tracking codes provided.


The Company’s standard delivery costs are based on mainland UK addresses only, excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote locations. For an accurate shipping quote to a non-mainland UK destination, please email with full details.


If international delivery is required, please email and a quotation will be provided.

Customer arranging collection

Orders placed can be collected from the site to which it has been fulfilled in either Thundridge, Hertfordshire or Harlow, Essex. Collections must be prearranged and made Monday-Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm.


Collection can also be made by using the Buyer’s own courier. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make the arrangements with a courier service and to provide the Company with the relevant documentation for labelling packages. The Company cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from mis-collection, delays in collection or only collecting part of the order. Goods collected by the Buyer’s own courier are deemed to be in good condition at time of collection and the Company will not be responsible for transit damage.


If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods, then the delivery will be re-attempted under the Company’s chosen couriers’ terms or service. This is usually next day.


The Company cannot be held responsible if goods are not received due to mis-delivery.

Late deliveries

If for any reason an order is delayed, we aim to keep the Buyer informed of ongoing progress and when the Buyer can expect delivery.


The Company will not be liable for any losses or consequential losses caused by late deliveries or courier problems. We recommend arranging any time sensitive deliveries in advance.


In the event of goods being lost in transit or mis-routed, the Company will start searches from the point we are notified of the issue. The Company cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.


It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the correctness of any advertisement or other item supplied.


The Company accepts no responsibility for the repetition of an error in the creation or printing of any printed or published item ordered or for any colour or other variances in the reproduction of any printed or published item.


The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage however caused arising out of: (i) any error, inaccuracy or omission in the creation or printing of any printed or published item or (ii) any failure to create, publish or print on the day /date or day / dates specified by the client in line with the terms and conditions dictated to the Company by the Publisher.


The liability of the Company in respect of any claim for loss or damage (not relating to death or personal injury) resulting from any negligence, error, omission or breach of contract shall be limited to the refund of an amount not exceeding the total consideration payable by the Buyer to the Company for the goods or services in respect of which the claim arises.


The Company will not be liable to compensate the Buyer for any loss of anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of expected future business, damage, costs or expenses payable by the Buyer to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses for any reason whatsoever.


Buyer’s property and all property supplied to the Company by or on behalf of the Buyer will be held at the Buyer’s risk. Every care will be taken to secure the best Results where material or equipment are supplied by the Buyer but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of such materials or equipment.


The Company accepts no responsibility for Buyer’s goods or finished work held In stock to await delivery. If storage is required, Buyer’s will arrange their own Insurance against fire or other damage.

Inspection of goods on delivery

The Buyer should ensure all parcels are inspected closely before being signed for.


The Company recommends that the Buyer assembles any displays before an event, to ensure that any issues can be identified and resolved.


The Company requires all Buyers to inspect their goods thoroughly before signing for them. The Company cannot be held liable for any damaged goods that have been signed for in good condition or signed for unchecked.


Should orders be placed in error or if the Buyer is unhappy with your order in any way, orders should be returned to the Company at your cost within 7 working days from date of delivery.


All goods should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging at cost to the Buyer. The Company cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged.


The Company cannot accept returns of items which have entered production or been bespoke printed.

Publishing photos or examples of work

From time to time the Company may take photographs of finished customer orders for quality control purposes or to be used as examples of our work. Such images could be published on the Company website,, management company website or on social media.


If the Buyer provides pictures of the products ordered to the Company, the Buyer accepts that the Company may publish them using the methods above.

Cancellation policy

The Buyer can cancel an order anytime up until the goods are in production. Cancellations must be made in writing to quoting the order number and reason for cancellation.


As goods are made to order, once an order is in production the Buyer will be liable to pay for them.


If the Buyer cancels a contract or order, they will reimburse the Company for all costs and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.


The Company shall not be obliged to accept return of the goods incorrectly ordered by the buyer, but reserves the right to charge a handling fee in any case where it does agree to accept such returns.
