Payment is made online via secure online payment system, by credit card, PayPal, or BACs.
We can only accept cancellation of an order before it reaches production. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number at your earliest convenience.
No problem! Simply select express delivery at the checkout and we'll dispatch your order the next working day after receipt of artwork.
Absolutely! Please send the details to orders@totallyeco.co.uk and a quotation will be provided.
We’ve provided artwork guides on each of our product listing pages. These are easily downloadable PDFs and are setup at the required size for you.
We can help to design and setup your artwork for you, email orders@totallyeco.co.uk for a quotation.
We’ve created some easy-to-use artwork templates to make it easy for you to compile your artwork. You’ll find these on each product listing on our website.
You’ll need your order number when submitting artwork. An email will be sent to you after you have placed your order with a link to an easy upload page. If you haven’t received this, you’ll find it here.
You’ll find a step-by-step guide how to assemble your banner display provided with your order.
As our display range is made to order, we cannot offer next day delivery. All orders are placed on a 5 day turnaround unless express delivery is required.
You can collect your items from the production site that has fulfilled your order. This will either be Thundridge, Hertfordshire or Harlow, Essex. Please contact orders@totallyeco.co.uk before placing your order if you would like to collect.
Our display products are easily recycled with other paper and cardboard waste.
