Shipping Policy
Production Turnaround
Most items shown on the Company website are dispatched within 5 full working days.
For printed items the Company’s standard production lead-time is 5 business days and is taken from the next full working day the Company is in receipt of print ready artwork or approval of artwork.
The Company offers an 'express service' at an additional cost. If express delivery is required, the Buyer should inform the Company of this when placing the order.
Delivery
All orders will be placed on a 5 day business day turnaround. If express delivery is required, the Buyer should select this option at checkout.
The 5 day business turnaround starts when we receive print ready artwork.

Express delivery: Next working day dispatch from receipt of artwork. Orders are dispatched for next working day delivery.
All orders are sent via courier and are traceable using tracking codes provided.
The Company’s standard delivery costs are based on mainland UK addresses only, excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and other remote locations. For an accurate shipping quote to a non-mainland UK destination, please email orders@totallyeco.co.uk with full details.
If international delivery is required, please email orders@totallyeco.co.uk and a quotation will be provided.
Customer Arranging Collection
Orders placed can be collected from the site to which it has been fulfilled in either Thundridge, Hertfordshire or Harlow, Essex. Collections must be prearranged and made Monday-Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm.
Collection can also be made by using the Buyer’s own courier. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make the arrangements with a courier service and to provide the Company with the relevant documentation for labelling packages. The Company cannot be held responsible for any problems resulting from mis-collection, delays in collection or only collecting part of the order. Goods collected by the Buyer’s own courier are deemed to be in good condition at time of collection and the Company will not be responsible for transit damage.
Re-Delivery
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods, then the delivery will be re-attempted under the Company’s chosen couriers’ terms or service. This is usually next day.
The Company cannot be held responsible if goods are not received due to mis-delivery.

Late Deliveries
If for any reason an order is delayed, we aim to keep the Buyer informed of ongoing progress and when the Buyer can expect delivery.
The Company will not be liable for any losses or consequential losses caused by late deliveries or courier problems. We recommend arranging any time sensitive deliveries in advance.
In the event of goods being lost in transit or mis-routed, the Company will start searches from the point we are notified of the issue. The Company cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Liability
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check the correctness of any advertisement
or other item supplied.
The Company accepts no responsibility for the repetition of an error in the creation or printing of any printed or published item ordered or for any colour or other variances in the reproduction of any printed or published item.
The Company accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage however caused arising out of: (i) any error, inaccuracy or omission in the creation or printing of any printed or published item or (ii) any failure to create, publish or print on the day /date or day / dates specified by the client in line with the terms and conditions dictated to the Company by the Publisher.
The liability of the Company in respect of any claim for loss or damage (not
relating to death or personal injury) resulting from any negligence, error, omission or
breach of contract shall be limited to the refund of an amount not exceeding the
total consideration payable by the Buyer to the Company for the goods or services in
respect of which the claim arises.
The Company will not be liable to compensate the Buyer for any loss of
anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of expected future business, damage, costs or expenses payable by the Buyer to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses for any reason whatsoever.
Buyer’s property and all property supplied to the Company by or on behalf of the Buyer will be held at the Buyer’s risk. Every care will be taken to secure the best results where material or equipment are supplied by the Buyer but responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in or unsuitability of such materials or equipment.
The Company accepts no responsibility for Buyer’s goods or finished work held in stock to await delivery. If storage is required, Buyer’s will arrange their own Insurance against fire or other damage.
Inspection Of Goods On Delivery
The Buyer should ensure all parcels are inspected closely before being signed for.
The Company recommends that the Buyer assembles any displays before an event, to ensure that any issues can be identified and resolved.
The Company requires all Buyers to inspect their goods thoroughly before signing for them. The Company cannot be held liable for any damaged goods that have been signed for in good condition or signed for unchecked.
Returns Policy
Should orders be placed in error or if the Buyer is unhappy with your order in any way, orders should be returned to the Company at your cost within 7 working days from date of delivery.
All goods should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging at cost to the Buyer.
The Company cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged.
The Company cannot accept returns of items which have entered production or been bespoke printed.
